Why should you have to be any different? We know that one size rarely fits all, and gelato is no exception. LVD offers our gelato in bins for you to do with what you choose (we recommend just sitting down with an extra large spoon and having a night of it) or individual servings, pre-portioned, pre-packaged and ready to be served.
The bins come in orders of three (any flavor combination your heart desires - so run wild!), while pre-portioned cups are sold in groups of a dozen per flavor. You can take a gander at the order form for further clarification.
When you place an order with us, you'll have your gelato on your doorstep within 72 hours (if you're in the Triangle) or in 5-7 business days throughout the rest of the continental US. It's always guaranteed to arrive fresh (and frozen, duh) and is best stored at a temperature around 26 degrees, fahrenheit. Your gelato will remain creamy and delicious from the time it arrives if you take good care of it. Make sure that the lid remains on, and the temperature steady. Just think of it like a beer. But tastier, and colder.
We recommend using a standard ice-cream scooper to serve your restaurant's new most-popular item, and sometimes, running it under hot water for a few seconds prior to scooping can help to produce beautiful, smooth results.
